haha my shoulder also in pain now.cause jus now when doing drills dat time i took a rifle.it was so heavy and nobody believe me lor.ITS HEAVIER DEN NORMAL.den i cant throw it up nor bring it now.lucky we didnt do homat.if not i sure drop the rifle.den after dat maam shi yun ask us to throw but can only catch wif right hand,left hand dun move.i was like "omg!".and we did many times.it was hitting directly on my face until maam cher lia came over and asked me if im tired.im not tired,but the rifle is heavy.den maam cher lia told me actually this rifle came from NCC.wow.no wonder its so heavy! i bet it weigh same weight or lesser abit than the real rifle.hmm at least i can imagine myself in GOH.but parade more fun (:
